Couple weeks ago i had a email breach to my work email. Adsense account was created to give ads and emails were getting deleted in seconds. The reason i noticed was because of my phone, luckily i saw the notifications and we disabled the mail to prevent further damage. After that i full scanned my computer with mbam and windows defender, nothing. Today randomly i entered “allowed list” on windows defender and i saw Trojan:Win32/CredentialAccess!rfn was allowed somehow. I was shocked. For far too long i am really afraid and suspicious that someone has control over my computer. Please help me to clean my computer. My friend told me that there are some type of viruses that you can’t get rid of even when you format your computer, is that right? Is only way to feel protected is to buy a new hdd/ssd or can i feel secure after we follow procedure here? I am really getting paranoid over things that been happening, especially the part that you can’t remove some viruses even with format…
Edit: I also ran ADW and there was pup.optional.conduit that had 2 items in it. I cleaned them. Also today malwarebytes ransomware protection was closed off by itself, i didn’t do it and weirdly windows defender full scan takes 10 minutes to finish while mbam is able to finish it in 4.5 hours
